Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System in the Beaumont area is looking for a full-time Collections Coordinator to manage billing claims and drive payment collections. You will contact insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding balances and ensure payments align with contracts.

The role requires processing payments, filing paperwork, and entering/coding services into our system to generate accurate invoices. A background in healthcare billing is preferred, with strong communication skills across

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of accounts payable or collecting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all ages.
• Familiarity with computers and accounting software.
• Healthcare billing experience; Medicare/Medicaid knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Clean background and drug screen.
