Wilson-McShane Corporation seeks a Medical Claims Adjuster to act as a primary contact for participants and providers, handling benefits and claims inquiries. You will balance high call volume while processing medical and short-term disability claims accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The role is non-exempt with a schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, offering health/dental/prescription benefits, FSA, 401(k) options, paid holidays & PTO, and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years claims paying experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as Summary Plan Description and procedure manuals.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Quick learner of other computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for participants and providers.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls and inquiries related to benefits and claims.
• Process medical and short-term disability claims accurately and timely.
