Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and return incoming calls and emails regarding insurance coverage and benefits.
• Process medical, vision, and hearing claims in accordance with plan provisions and company policies.
• Manage and process information received via phone and general correspondence.
• Meet production and quality standards consistently.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and promote teamwork.
• Perform other general office duties as assigned.
