Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjusting information on existing insurance claims.
• Communicate with insurance payers to ensure claims made it on file and/or get additional information on why the claims are not on file or got rejected.
• Review and submit system setup requests to appropriate teams to ensure patient and payer information is loaded into the billing system for accurate billing.
• Submitting claims as necessary to ensure claim gets on file to payer.
• Respond timely and accurately to payer communications.
