Zenith American Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Claims Processor to process routine health and welfare claims on assigned accounts in accordance with plan guidelines and company policies. The role requires handling PHI/PII with discretion and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least six months of claims processing experience, knowledge of ICD-10/CPT-4 codes, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work in a team are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of experience processing health and welfare claims.
• Basic knowledge of benefits claims adjudication principles and procedures; familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT-4 codes.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Maintains current knowledge of assigned plans and their claims.
• Processes routine health and welfare claims (medical, dental, vision, etc.).
• Provides customer service by handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
