LaSalle Network is hiring a Claims Adjudicator for a 10-month temporary opportunity based in Oak Brook, IL. You will adjudicate and adjust medical claims, perform refunds and retroactive reviews, and support multiple vendors with robust accuracy targets.

Training runs on-site from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., after which remote work is possible. The position offers $22–$23 per hour and a 37.5-hour work week, with benefits eligibility for consultants.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in medical claims processing or Claims Adjudicator role preferred.
• Knowledge of medical claims adjudication workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Excel and handling data from spreadsheets.

Aufgaben

• Adjudicate and adjust medical claims accurately and efficiently.
• Complete refunds, claim adjustments and retroactive reviews.
• Support projects across three vendors with ~2,300 retro reviews.
• Interpret claim information and select accurate EOB codes.
• Track claim activity using Excel spreadsheets.
• Meet production goals of 12–14 claims per hour.
• Maintain ~95% quality and accuracy.
• Work 37.5 hours per week.
