Job summary

SANITAS OF TEXAS LLC seeks a Medical Center Manager to oversee daily operations and supervise clinical and administrative staff across the center. You will drive efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will monitor KPIs, lead care coordination efforts, and ensure timely, high-quality care for patients, aligning with organizational goals and partner networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory/leadership role in hospitality, retail, customer service, or healthcare.
• Proven track record of improving customer/patient satisfaction and operational results.
• Experience managing staff in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• HIPAA knowledge/testing requirements.

Responsibilities
