Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
• Proven track record in healthcare business development or physician relations.
• Knowledge of post-acute care and inpatient rehabilitation services.
• Valid driver’s license for community outreach and partner visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow inpatient rehabilitation referrals and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to drive patient admissions.
• Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical, admissions, and marketing teams to align outreach initiatives with patient care goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a business development and outreach team to achieve volume and quality targets.
• Track, report, and present performance metrics, forecasts, and ROI to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and ethical marketing practices.
• Represent Encompass Health at community events, professional meetings, and networking functions.
