Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and mail/ transmit claims.
• Track claims and monitor authorization and eligibility of payor benefits.
• Manage the collections process and post cash receipts.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance prior to submitting claims.
• Answer patient account inquiries and assist with payment plans when necessary.
• Reconcile daily charges and enter charges into PMS.
