The position requires an Associate’s degree and certification in medical billing and coding, along with strong knowledge of medical billing practices and coding systems. Candidates must communicate effectively with clients and work in a dynamic environment. Training will be conducted in Nespelem, WA. Preference is given to tribal members and honorably discharged veterans.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree and Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding required.
• Must maintain professional certifications during employment.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit claims to third party payers.
• Communicate with clients regarding insurance questions.
• Review and revise denials for resubmission.

Conhecimentos

Knowledge of medical billing practices

Knowledge of accounting data entry methods

Proficiency with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS
