Qualifications

• Must have the ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patient, insurer, and practice.
• Follow-up on patient accounts to ensure timely payment of claims.
• Initiates prior authorization for all procedures.
• Prioritize and organize all prior authorization activities.
• Analyze and research denials effectively.
