Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in Teaneck, NJ is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to join our in-house team and support the firm's growing health-law practice.

The role is in-house, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to work with major medical carriers. You will review bills, resolve payment discrepancies, and communicate clearly with clients while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of medical billing experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review bills for proper payments and balance billing.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems.
• Detail-oriented and able to resolve unpaid claims.
• Experience with medical billing and coding with major carriers, ERISA, and PIP is a plus.

Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., a prominent plaintiff's personal injury law firm based in Teaneck, New Jersey, is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to join its team to contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding law practice.

Role

Responsibilities

• Review bills for proper payments and balance billing;
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and proficiency in resolving claims that still need to be paid by clients;
• Experience with medical billing and coding with major medical carriers, ERISA, and PIP insurance is a plus.
