• Coding certification preferred (not required).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full cycle medical billing for assigned specialties.
• Ensure accurate charge capture and reconciliation of billing activity.
• Review and work revenue cycle work queues on a daily basis.
• Prepare, review, and submit claims and itemized bills with a high level of accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks to support prompt and correct payment.
• Serve as a billing resource to clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Communicate with coding vendors regarding procedures as needed.
• Review billing and reconciliation reports and escalate discrepancies appropriately.
• Support process improvements and maintain strong attention to detail.
