Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits to ensure accurate billing.
• Resolve billing issues by communicating with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain up-to-date, compliant patient records in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and denials to ensure timely resolution.
• Generate and analyze billing reports to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
