Cardiology Associates of Alabama in Mobile, AL is seeking an experienced Insurance Analyst for our Providence location. You will analyze insurance claims, interpret EOBs, process adjustments, and file appeals in a fast-paced cardiology practice.

The role requires strong physician office billing and insurance collections experience, knowledge of CPT/ICD coding, and excellent communication. No weekends; benefits include health, dental, PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of physician office billing and/or insurance collections experience required.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD diagnosis coding preferred.
• Experience with medical billing, claims processing, denials, and appeals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze insurance claims and explanation of benefits (EOBs).
• Process insurance adjustments and payment postings.
• File insurance appeals and resolve denied claims.
• Communicate with insurance payers regarding claim status and reimbursement.

Our busy cardiology practice is seeking an experienced Insurance Analyst to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have strong physician office billing and insurance collections experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This position is responsible for analyzing insurance claims, interpreting explanation of benefits (EOBs), processing adjustments, filing appeals, and communicating with insurance carriers and patients regarding billing matters.

This is a full-time, day shift position with no weekends and paid holidays off.
