Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to help patients navigate billing questions with professionalism, patience, and care. This remote role is open to residents in multiple states and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST with a base pay of $14/hour plus a night/weekend differential of $1/hour.

You will answer calls, explain statements, process payments over the phone, and meticulously document interactions.

This is a remote position for individuals living in the states of: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

$14 - $14 an hour
Shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds)
Work hours - 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) ; Work Days - Mon-Fri
Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST)
Status - Full Time 40 hours
