Five Star Solutions is seeking a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to assist patients with billing questions. This remote role is available to residents in specified states and offers a shift from 9:00am to 6:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday, with paid training of about one week.

• Escalate complex billing disputes and concerns to the appropriate department.
• Deliver friendly, professional service while handling sensitive billing questions.

Shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds)
Work hours - 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) ; Work Days - Mon-Fri
Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST)
Status - Full Time 40 hours
