Responsibilities

• Reviews medical record documentation to determine all appropriate diagnosis, procedures and modifiers.
• Code hospital/outpatient encounters including CPT/HCPCS/ICD codes following official guidelines.
• Submit daily productivity reports and maintain quality and accuracy standards.
• Collaborate with billing and other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve coding disputes.
