We are seeking a Full-time Medical Biller experienced in psychiatric and mental health services. The role involves managing payments, communicating with clients about balances, and handling insurance billing and payments processing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Checking clients’ eligibility and coverage daily (online & phone).
2. Reviewing and resolving daily tasks.
3. Accepting inbound calls and documenting conversations in Therapy Notes.
4. Calling clients to collect overdue balances.
5. Resolving claim denials.
6. Knowledge of contracting and credentialing.
7. Performing other billing-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience in eligibility verification and collections.
• Experience with inbound/outbound calls.
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Team player.

Rate:

• $4.00/hr
