Responsibilities

• Audit patient billing records against clinical records before billing
• Manage accounts receivable balances and ensure timely payments
• Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve issues to improve cash flow
• Generate secondary claims and rebills; verify form accuracy
• Review Rebill/Denial Log daily and process EOB/ERA rejections
• Perform timely refunds and accurate data entry for charges/payments/adjustments
• Record and balance AR and cash correlations; post deposits
