Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing and collections.
• Posting patient payments and sending collection letters.
• Experience with insurance claim troubleshooting.
• Experience with patient registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with physicians and staff to support daily clinic operations.
• Manage accounts receivable and maintain AR at an acceptable level.
• Assist with patient registration duties when needed.
• Support enterprise-wide practice management system training and use.
