The ideal candidate has HIPAA awareness, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and customer service experience, with at least one year in medical authorizations. This in-person role offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility, benefits and pre-certification/authorization information with multiple insurance websites.

• Verify insurance benefits assigned to the organization to ensure coverage meets standards.
• Correspond with patients to obtain required authorizations and assignments of benefits.
• Coordinate precertification requirements with contractual third parties.
