Qualifications

• Medical Assisting Certificate of Achievement required.
• 2 years field experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials related to area of expertise.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and course-delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and deliver curriculum aligned with college standards.
• Provide student advising, tutoring, and office hours.
• Assist in program assessment, improvement, and accreditation activities.
• Collaborate with departments and industry partners to support student success.
• Document grades, attendance, and advising in college systems.
• Support ongoing faculty development and departmental meetings.
