Qualifications

• Medical Assisting Certificate of Achievement.
• RMA, CMA, CCMA, NCMA, or CMAC preferred.
• Two years' field experience.
• BLS for the Healthcare Provider.
• Degrees from accredited institutions; foreign degrees evaluated if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Instruction and Curriculum Delivery: prepares lessons aligned to curriculum and accreditation.
• Student Support and Success: maintain communication, provide advising and tutoring.
• Assessment and Program Improvement: assess outcomes and contribute to program reviews.
• Collaboration and Faculty Development: participate in meetings and mentor new faculty.
• Compliance and Accreditation: ensure standards compliance and documentation.
• Other Duties: maintain instructional materials and equipment; support program goals.
