Everyone Urgent Care LLC in Parrish, FL is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant/X-Ray Technician to join our fast-paced urgent care team. This dual-role position offers variety, patient interaction, and opportunities to contribute to quality care.

Responsibilities include X-ray imaging, assisting physicians, patient intake, room setup, injections, blood draws, and EMR documentation. Requires CMA/RMA or limited X-ray license and CPR/BLS; prior urgent care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification CMA or RMA preferred
• Limited Scope X-Ray License or RT certification required
• Previous urgent care/clinic/emergency experience preferred
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and insurance verification
• Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
• CPR/BLS certification required or available on hire

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging with high-quality radiographic results
• Assist physicians with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Conduct patient intake including vital signs and medical history
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms with proper supplies
• Administer injections, draw blood, and collect lab specimens
• Operate radiologic equipment per safety standards and document in EMR
• Provide compassionate patient education and support throughout care
• Assist with registration and insurance verification
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and readiness for patient care

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging and ensure accurate, high-quality radiographic results

Assist physicians and providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments

Conduct patient intake including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaint documentation

Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply stocking

Administer injections, draw blood, and collect lab specimens as directed

Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in compliance with safety standards

Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system

Provide compassionate patient education and support throughout the care process

Assist patients during the registration process. Know insurance RTE and insurance verification

Maintain the clinic's cleanliness and readiness for patient care

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred

Limited Scope X-Ray License or Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification required

Previous experience in an urgent care, clinic, or emergency setting preferred

Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and medical documentation

Proficiency with insurance verification and registration

Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills

Excellent communication, multitasking, and patient-facing skills

CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
