As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care and keeping our clinical operations running smoothly. You will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to support patients throughout their care experience. This position combines hands‑on clinical care, patient education, administrative responsibilities, and team support. You will also serve as a resource to junior Medical Assistants, helping answer questions and participating in onboarding and training. The ideal candidate is confident working in a busy clinical setting, demonstrates sound clinical judgment, and is organized, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional patient service.
This is a full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week, onsite position with a day‑shift schedule:

We make every effort to keep employees in their assigned practice and primary location. However, flexibility is important in this role, and you may occasionally be asked to float to other practice locations or departments within Wentworth Health Partners to provide coverage during staffing shortages or other extenuating circumstances.
