Zusammenfassung

Agile Occupational Medicine in California is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. You will work with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients, performing clinical and administrative tasks to keep the occupational medicine clinic running smoothly.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Starting pay is $22.00–$24.00 hourly, with adjustments based on experience and location.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
CMA or RMA certification preferred.

Aufgaben

Assist with scheduling appointments and patient records.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Verify insurance coverage and process claims.
Take vital signs and administer medications.
Support providers with drug testing, evaluations, and blood draws.
Maintain back office and exam room cleanliness.
Provide patient education and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operation.
