Renew Vein and Vascular is seeking a Medical Assistant who is fluent in Vietnamese to join our healthcare team. You will warmly welcome patients, document histories, take vital signs, and assist providers with exams, while maintaining EMR records and HIPAA standards.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, compassionate patient care, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinic with multiple locations around Los Angeles, primarily Westminster.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with ability to communicate with patients and families
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong understanding of basic clinical and administrative duties
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and able to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Communicate with Vietnamese-speaking patients to ensure clear understanding of appointments and care
• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures
• Perform basic clinical duties within scope of training
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical supplies
• Schedule appointments and assist with front-office duties
• Accurately document patient information in the EMR
• Handle patient calls and communicate messages to providers and staff
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive patient care

We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and dependable Medical Assistant who is fluent in Vietnamese to join our healthcare team at Renew Vein and Vascular. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our medical office. we have three locations throughout Los Angeles, this candidate would primarily be in our Westminster office.
