Job summary

Core Physicians, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is a community-based multi-specialty medical group delivering patient-centered care across the Seacoast region. The Medical Assistant role supports clerical, clinical and business functions under supervision, with a Mon-Fri daytime schedule in Exeter, NH and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualified candidates will have a CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or be in a formal training program, plus a high school diploma and BLS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School or GED.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification/registration required or within 6 months of hire.
• BLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Medical Assistant will provide support to the practice in clerical, clinical and business under the direct supervision of a Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician.
• Supportive role in daily practice operations, ensuring patient flow and documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

• High School or GED
• For hires after 11/28/2011: CMA/RMA/CCMA certification/registration required or within 6 months of hire OR credentialed through a formal training program that includes testing of knowledge
• BLS within 6 months of hire

Pay Range:

Pay Range: $20.00 - $29.49 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
