Brown University Health's LPG-Newport clinic seeks a medical assistant to support physicians in delivering high-quality patient care, while providing excellent service to patients and the practice.
Responsibilities include preparing charts, taking histories and vitals, performing EKGs, rapid strep, vaccines, patient education, and handling referrals. A high school diploma, English proficiency and BLS are required; MA certification is preferred.
Assist physicians in providing high-quality patient care, while also exhibiting strong customer service skills to our patients and the overall practice.
