PHYSICIAN TIMESHARE:
Southwest General Physician Timeshare is conveniently located at three locations: Middleburg Heights, Strongsville, and Brunswick. This office operates as a multi-specialty practice (i.e. podiatry, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology).

HOURS:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist physicians and staff with general patient care and clerical duties in a physician office - outpatient setting. Demonstrates initiative to take appropriate action in day-to-day activities without being prompted. Able to problem solve and stay current with healthcare and payor regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
High school graduate minimum; certification from an approved school with a certificate in Medical assisting preferred. Medical terminology required. Able to perform computer entry and possess basic office computer skills.

Required Length of Experience:
Externship of at least 100 hours or 6 months previous office/OP setting experience preferred. New grads welcome to apply.

Required Licensure, Certification, and/or Registry:
Medical Assisting certificate preferred.
