Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Indianapolis, IN, and involves contributing to high-quality patient care and operational excellence within the assigned department. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with clinical and non-clinical team members, supporting patient workflows, documenting and maintaining accurate records, and following established protocols and safety standards. The individual in this role will communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, help coordinate services, and use available tools and technology to support efficient and compassionate care. Qualifications
