Job Description

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, has a great opportunity for a Medical Assistant Sr in Oklahoma City, OK with Dr Salous Ahmed. In this role, you'll work Monday – Friday during the day, providing exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities
  • Mentor new staff and assist with orientation and development.
  • Provide direct patient care, including taking vitals, patient history, venipuncture, lab work, x-ray, referrals, and managing patient communications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and document patient information accurately using EMR.
  • Perform procedures such as Venipuncture, EKG, Waived Testing, Bone Density, and X-Ray as assigned.
  • Manage patient flow efficiently and contribute to ongoing patient assessment and care planning.
  • Participate in staff training, sign off on competencies, and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
  • Current nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification/registration.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an ambulatory setting.
  • CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Effective communication skills in English (Verbal/Written).
Additional Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for operating INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle for the role.
