Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an MA training program required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPC) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock exam rooms and assist in exams.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and maintain patient flow.
• Provide front office support: reception, scheduling, and data entry.
• Communicate with providers and pharmacies, relay information as needed.
