Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent upon hire.
• CCMA, CMA, RMA, or NCMA certifications upon hire.
• Associate's or diploma in Medical Assistant program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care to patients as directed by provider based on competency.
• Documentation of all patient procedures in the medical record.
• Maintain timely flow of patients and navigate front desk support as needed.
• Instruct patients on sample collection, tests, and basic health education.
• Greet patients, collect history and vital signs.
• Label and process lab specimens; maintain room and equipment.
