Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Medical Assistant/Scribe for a full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 position at our Ft. Pierce, Port St. Lucie and Okeechobee offices. The role supports in-office ENT care, including exam preparation, patient flow, and coordinating diagnostics and procedures.

The ideal candidate has MA and scribe experience, EMR proficiency, and strong communication. Spanish speaking is a plus. Training is provided; salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year hands-on Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe experience.
• Certified or willing to participate and pass in-house training and state test.
• Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a clear speaking voice.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.
• EMR experience.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
