Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant - Rheumatology to join our team in Naperville and Plainfield. The role features a $1,000 sign-on bonus, full-time 40 hours weekly, and a Monday–Friday schedule with some travel to off-site locations as needed.
Responsibilities include patient preparation, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and assisting physicians with clinical and administrative tasks, under supervision. CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
Hourly Pay Range: $20.29 - $29.42 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Sign On Bonus: This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign on bonus. The first $500 will be paid on the pay date of the pay period in which you achieve your 6-month mark of employment. The remaining $500 will be paid on the pay date of the pay period in which you achieve your 1-year mark of employment, as long as you are still employed in this position at a 0.5 FTE or above.
