Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant or Non-Certified Medical Assistant for the Radiation Therapy Department on a PRN (as-needed) basis. You will greet patients, support clinical and administrative tasks, and contribute to high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program (or LPN/RN training) or at least 2 years MA experience, with certification to be obtained within one year of hire, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting, LPN, or RN program, or 2 years of Medical Assisting experience.
• Certification for Medical Assisting must be obtained within one year from hire date.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.

Job Duties

This position provides clinical and administrative support for Baptist Health Floyd Radiation Therapy Department. The Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Assistant greets patients and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner and provides excellent patient care.

Qualifications
