Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd Radiation Therapy Department in New Albany, IN is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant or Non-Certified Medical Assistant to join as a PRN, day-shift role. The position involves clinical and administrative support and delivering quality patient care.

Qualified candidates include graduates of accredited Medical Assisting programs or LPN/RN graduates with 2 years of Medical Assisting experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting, LPN, or RN program or 2 years of Medical Assisting experience.
• Must obtain Medical Assisting certification within 1 year from hire date.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Provide clinical and administrative support for the Radiation Therapy Department.
• Contribute to patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations.
