Baystate Health Medical Assistants perform an important role providing care to our patients. They take vital signs, perform patient intake and history, clinical orders, procedures, documentation, and patient discharge. Our supportive work environment allows you to provide optimal patient care.

MAI & MAII: Graduate of an accredited MA program or minimum of 3 years relevant experience, evaluated by hiring manager.
MAIII: Graduate of an accredited MA program with at least 3 years’ current experience or demonstrated competencies with 5 years’ experience.
MAIV: Internal promotion from MAIII, minimum 2 years at Baystate Health with demonstrated competencies, certified/registered.
