Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Laurel, MD is seeking a Medical Assistant - PRN to support both clinical and administrative tasks. You will prepare patients for examinations, assist providers during procedures, and manage patient records to ensure accurate documentation and efficient clinic flow.

The role requires a high school diploma, completion of a medical assistant program, CMA certification, and familiarity with EHR systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a medical assistant training program.
• Certification as CMA or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and histories.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures in a sterile environment.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of medical information.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to improve clinic efficiency.
• Assist Physician with C-Arm.
