Westerville Family Physicians is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support at our Westerville, OH site. The role focuses on preparing patients, assisting clinicians, and maintaining accurate records in the EHR to ensure quality care and a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an MA program with strong patient communication skills, comforting demeanor, and a solid understanding of HIPAA and vaccine handling.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program required.
• MA Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of vaccine administration and medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the clinical care team to deliver patient care.
• Set up exam rooms and prepare patients for procedures.
• Take vital signs and perform phlebotomy as needed.
• Assist with procedures and document in the EHR.
• Respond to patient inquiries and educate patients as directed.
