Practice Details

At Primary Care of Brookhaven, Dr. Michael Gee and Dr. Jeffrey Reznik serve families of the Atlanta Region with the highest standard of care. As board-certified family physicians, they offer comprehensive and preventive care for all patients, from infancy to adulthood. They also provide acute and chronic care for illness and injuries.

Responsibilities

Provides nursing assistance and patient care to ensure the comfort, safety, and personal needs of patients. Assists physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in a medical office setting. Performs a variety of patient care duties within the construct of a multidisciplinary patient care team as delegated by the physician. Specific duties and responsibilities assigned to the individual will be determined by the supervising physician(s), clinical staff, and Practice Coordinator after competency is established.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

  1. High School diploma or equivalent
  2. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

  1. Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant program or Graduate of a U.S. Military medic course.
  2. One (1) year of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant.
  3. Other clinical specialty certifications may be preferred in specific units.
  4. Visual color acuity screening depending on the role in specific units.

7:30AM-4:00PM
