Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Medical Assistant certification within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with examinations and treatments under supervision.
• Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information.
• Prepare treatment rooms for examinations.
• Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones and maintaining records.
• Order and stock supplies and maintain a clean environment.
• Document provider encounters, diagnoses, symptoms, and follow-up instructions.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Medical Assistant certification obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date (any issuing authority accepted).
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
