Mass General Brigham Community Physicians in Lexington, MA, is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support a Primary Care practice onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:45am–4:15pm or 8:00am–4:30pm, 40 hours weekly.
You will take vital signs, document patient information, schedule appointments, assist with phlebotomy if competent, and help manage patient flow while collaborating with physicians and nurses to ensure compassionate, efficient care.

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour experienced Medical Assistant to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday 7:45am-4:15pm or 8:00-4:30pm. The medical assistant will work 1:1 with our Primary Care provider in our single provider practice, seeing approximately 8 patients a day.
The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow.
This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.

Licenses and Credentials
Basic Life Support [BLS Certification]
Certified Medical Assistant [National Certification] preferred

Direct MA experience or medical field work 1-2 years required
At least 3 years of Medical Assistant experience, with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable working with patients with disabilities, building meaningful connections, and adapting their approach to meet each patient's individual needs.
