Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant/clinic support professional to manage patient flow and assist with clinical procedures in a busy Plastics & Cosmetic Surgery clinic. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with no nights, holidays, or weekends.

The role involves collecting screening data, assisting with procedures, documenting in patient records, and educating patients and families under supervision. Certification pathways are provided and supported by the organization.

Organization: Plastics & Cosmetic Surgery Job Summary: Supports the licensed healthcare team in performing office examinations and procedures by organizing and managing clinic patient flow, gathering and documenting patient screening data, assist with patient and family education and communication with patient's health care team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clinical Patient Documentation (Fundamental Awareness): Has limited experience or training working with clinical applications for patient documentation.
