Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist (Mon-Fri/Part-Time)

Join us as a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist (Mon-Fri/Part-Time) at US Fertility.

Overview

We are seeking experienced, compassionate team players committed to delivering exceptional patient care at Shady Grove Fertility, a leading fertility center in the US. This part-time role is based in our DC/K Street office, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:45 am to 11:45 am, totaling 25 hours per week. Benefits include a 401K match and annual bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high volume of phlebotomy
  • Maintain supplies at blood drawing stations
  • Ensure proper handling and sending of lab specimens
  • Document patient care services accurately
  • Utilize computer systems for lab entry and label printing
  • Assist physicians or ultrasound technicians with procedures
  • Cross-train at front desk and support administrative duties
  • Take vital signs and provide general clinical assistance
  • Support clinical care of fertility patients
Qualifications
  • High School diploma; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Strong phlebotomy skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed in data entry
  • At least one year of healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
