US Fertility in Frederick, Maryland seeks a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, with two holidays per year in Rockville, and compensation ranging from $20 to $23 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry speed with accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Perform high volume of phlebotomy.
• Maintain supplies for the blood drawing stations.
• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients.
• Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs.
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions.
• Provide pre and post op education.
• Perform semen washes and sets up for IUIs.
• Take vital signs and provide general clinical assistance.
• Utilize the computer in entering labs and printing labels.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional support to patients and families.
• Work independently to achieve program goals.
• Support and promote excellence in customer service.
