Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a Per Diem Medical Assistant for Falcon Health Center to provide clinical and administrative support under the direction of the physician and office manager. You will assist with exams, venipunctures, injections and patient triage.

Duties include administering medications as ordered, performing diagnostic tests, documenting patient care, coordinating with care partners, and maintaining exam rooms and equipment to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Certified MA or Registered MA required.
• BLS within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients and assist with exams.
• Administer medications and injections.
• Perform venipunctures and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage prescriptions.
• Coordinate care with other care partners to schedule follow-ups and return-to-work planning.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensure regulatory compliance.
