Job summary

Oklahoma State University, OSU-Center for Health Sciences, seeks a Medical Assistant/RMA-CMA to support high quality primary medical care. The role covers front and back office clinical functions under on-site supervision of the clinic supervisor.

Responsibilities include patient care, medication administration, triage for pediatric patients, and efficient use of computer systems. Requires Medical Assistant certification and CPR, valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain certification

Qualifications

Work Schedule

Typically, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.Approximately four times per month, will run late clinic shift 9:00am-6:00pm.

Hiring Range

$17.00 - $19.13,Hourly

About this Position

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring high quality and continuity in the provision of comprehensive primary medical care services. The RMA/CMA is utilized in performing typical front and back office clinical functions. The RMA/CMA is under the overall on-site supervision of the clinic supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical
  • Medical Assistant training with registration or certification within 90 days of hire.
  (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License
